King Saud University has actively advanced the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 15 – Life on Land – through a multitude of research endeavors, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships between 2023 and 2025. In 2024, KSU underscored its institutional commitment to sustainability by forming a Permanent Committee for Environmental Sustainability and Renewable Energy, comprising representatives from across the university (science, engineering, agriculture, student affairs, etc.).
