KSU  strives to achieve the goal of "Gender Equality." It  empowers women by encouraging them to take leadership roles and tackling obstacles and challenges that faces them throughout the process and in all aspects of life. In addition, Women hold 24% of the university's senior positions. They also participate in all the university's departmental and administrative permanent and working committees.
