Sustainable Cities and Communities

KSU promotes sustainable urban planning by improving access to basic services such as housing, transportation and healthcare. The College of Architecture and Planning also leads initiatives of sustainable campus design and green buildings. In addition, the university is an active participant in cities and human settlements inclusiveness, safety, resilience and substitutability initiatives.

4-The Sustainability and Environmental Development Department is preparing green spaces and expanding landscaping efforts for the new academic year.

5- The Vice President of King Saud University for Projects met with officials from the King Abdulaziz Public Transport Project to discuss the implementation of the Riyadh Metro Line 2 extension project within the university campus.
